Overview
The Win the 100th Season: The Ultimate Pass! raffle is conducted by State Theatre Center for the Arts, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 453 Northampton Street, Easton, PA 18042 (“State Theatre”). The purpose of this raffle is to raise funds in support of the Theatre’s mission to enrich the Lehigh Valley community through the performing arts.  This raffle and all participants are subject to the following Official Rules.

Prize Description
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to every State Theatre performance in the Theatre’s 100th Season, beginning September 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.

  • The prize includes approximately sixty-five (65) performances, including State Theatre-produced performances and third-party events
  • Seats will be located in the orchestra section as assigned by the theatre
  • No substitutions or cash equivalents will be offered
  • The winner may not sell or resell any tickets
  • If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, the Theatre will not provide replacement tickets or cash value
  • Refunds will not be given for any existing ticket purchases for the 100th Season

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older. Tickets only offered and available for sale in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Void where prohibited
  • Employees and Board Members of the State Theatre Center for the Arts, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate
  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the State Theatre, which decisions under these Official Rules are final and binding

How to Enter

  • Raffle tickets are $100 each. There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual may purchase
  • Only 1,000 raffle tickets will be available for sale
  • Tickets are available for purchase in person only at the State Theatre Box Office during regular business hours or during public performances
  • Tickets will be available beginning Saturday, March 7, 2026 and ending Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST, or until sold out
  • No phone, mail, or online purchases are permitted
  • Tickets may be purchased using cash, check or money order.  Postdated or altered checks will not be accepted
  • Tickets are not available for purchase outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or where prohibited

Drawing & Winner Notification

  • The winning ticket will be drawn live on July 20, 2026, during the Alison Krauss & Union Station show curtain speech at approximately 7:30 PM
  • The winner does not need to be present to win
  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within forty-eight (48) hours and announced publicly on the Theatre’s website and social media channels
  • The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner at a time and location to be determined by the State Theatre
  • The State Theatre reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated any of these Official Rules

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets sold (maximum of 1,000). If all 1,000 raffle tickets are sold, the odds of winning are 1 in 1,000 (0.1%) per ticket.

Taxes and Reporting

  • The prize has an estimated fair market value based on average ticket prices. The average Tier 1 ticket price during the 2024–2025 season is $80
  • The total estimated fair market value of the raffle prize is $10,400 ($80 × 2 tickets × 65 performances)
  • The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
  • The State Theatre will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law

General Conditions

  • All proceeds benefit the State Theatre Center for the Arts, Inc. and may be used as determined by the State Theatre for its mission to enrich the Lehigh Valley community through the performing arts
  • By entering, participants grant the State Theatre permission to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in perpetuity and without additional compensation, unless and to the extent prohibited by law
  • The State Theatre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor in the sole judgment of the State Theatre impairs the integrity of the drawing
  • The raffle is conducted in accordance with the Pennsylvania Local Option Small Games of Chance Act and all other applicable laws. The raffle and these Official Rules are governed in all respects by Pennsylvania law
